Sexual Fitness the New Fitness Craze! Working out can seem dull, unexciting, and often too much work! It may sound simple but it takes a lot of dedication and adds up to many wonderful intimate moments with your partner. Your sexual health is related to your overall health, which if you abuse your body will translate into a loss of sexual performance. So the more you bump and grind the more you sweat, heart rate goes up, you burn calories and even use muscles you normally not use. As you perform sex you are strengthening and toning your body and building up your stamina and improving cardiovascular system. If you want an excellent sex life you should take care of your body so that you have the stamina and sexual drive to have longer and more pleasurable sex and orgasms. Having more sex will build up your cardiovascular system, building a stronger and healthy heart, lower blood pressure, circulate blood more frequently for harder and longer erections and give you more intensely pleasurable and longer lasting orgasms. A healthy diet is also very important to keep your body lean, fit and healthy. Junk food or comfort food as well as any food rich in cholesterol and high in fat should be kept to a minimum within moderation. Cigarettes, large quantities of alchohol especially hard alchohol "whiskey, rum, vodka, beer" and any manner of recreational drugs should be avoided. A glass of alcohol, especially red wine once in a while will do you no harm but can benefit your body from the heart healthy antioxidants found in red wine. But do try not to drink more than the bare minimum. Losing Weight while Having Sex
Losing weight in the process of having frequent sex is not a bad idea! Especially if you're a couple of pounds over-weight and wish to have love in the bedroom and not just love handles! Having frequent sex will benefit you and your partner's health and give you a leaner, more energetic and healthier body. Physical effort during sex keeps your blood flowing, your heart in shape and trims and tones your body for a sexier and more lean body. Increased blood flow to the pelvic area can be obtained through pumping of the hips, thrusting and grinding and works out the lower part of the body, including the quads, hamstring and lower back, one of the more difficult areas of the body to exercise. Having too much of anything is not a good thing stress, unhealthy food, long work hours, various medication, and lack of physical fitness are all part of the problem that will not only effect your body's health but effect your sex life, it all lowers the body's capacity for stamina and sexual drive, and lowers the ability of achieving strong and satisfying orgasms that will have you and your partner screaming in pleasure! The more abuse we do to our bodies the faster our bodies age and decline in health and beauty. As we age with bad habits it saps the vitality that is essential for a healthy and happy sex life.
